Group Indoor Triathlon Swim Workouts
Monday & Thursday evenings at FFC Union Station, Chicago
Join our year-round tri swim program to build fitness and improve your swim technique. Classes are from 6:30-7:30pm on Mondays and from 5:30-6:30pm on Thursdays

May Group Fun Run - Lakeview
We’re taking our May fun run to Lakeview! We will run as a group for about an hour and then grab breakfast and coffee afterwards!
Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga
We’re going to have a huge team presence at Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga, be part of the fun!

June Group Fun Run - Lincoln Park
We’re heading to Lincoln Park for our June fun run! We’ll meet at 9am and run for an hour, then finish at the Green City Farmer’s Market for food and coffee!

Flat tire changing and transition clinic
Join us for this two-part clinic where we’ll review how to properly set up and execute your transitions, as well as how to change a flat tire! This will be perfect for beginner triathletes.

Join us for this awesome race in beautiful northern Michigan, the views and experience will not disappoint!
Chicago Marathon
Come out and join the GE crew for our watch party on course! We will have the tent up near Morgan Street Cafe at the corner of Morgan and Adams, where you can see runners pass by twice at about mile 14 and 17. The lead runners are expected around 8:30am. GE will provide donuts and coffee starting at 8am!
Morning Track Workout
Come join us for our fun and challenging track workouts and “feel the speed”! Every Wednesday morning at the Montrose Ave track (located just east of Lake Shore Drive and just north of Montrose).
Monthly Fun Run & CryoBar
Join us for our monthly group fun runs! The April 20th location will be at The Cryobar in Lincoln Park. We will meet at 9am and run for about an hour through Lincoln Park and to the lakefront path and back. After the run, any participant will have the option to try out Cryotherapy for the discounted price of $40! We will also grab coffee and food at Floriole across the street! If you want to run more, feel free to knock out some miles ahead of time!

Monthly Fun Run
Join us for our monthly group fun runs! The March 9 location will be at Froth in the West Loop. We will meet at 9am and run to Garfield Park and back (roughly 6 miles round trip), then have coffee and food afterwards. If you want to run more, feel free to knock out some miles ahead of time!
FFC Indoor Triathlon
Come join us for the 2024 FFC Indoor Triathlon, powered by Grit Endurance! This is a great opportunity for athletes of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Whether you are looking to complete your first triathlon in a controlled environment or challenge yourself to improve your performance, this race is for you!

Tour De Grit (Zwift)
We will split participants into 2 teams for this virtual bike race and use cumulative time along with KOM and sprint bonuses to determine the winners. All levels are welcome! The course will be Watopia’s Out and Back Route (24.7 miles), and a Zwift Meet Up will be sent out closer to event day, please “register” by accepting the meetup! F3 Half Marathon & 5K
Join us for some frosty fun on the lakefront! This is a great race because you can warm up before the race and warm up again after the race indoors at Soldier Field! Registration and more info here.
Grit Endurance New Year’s Day Fun Run
Ring in the New Year with a fun run at Palmer’s Square Park, which is in Chicago’s beautiful Logan Square neighborhood, and enjoy some donuts and coffee afterward!
