Group Brick (Bike/Run) Session

Join us for this epic team training event where you can kickstart the triathlon and duathlon season in style! All levels are welcome, and the workout will consist of a warmup, then 3 times through a 15-minute bike, 10-minute run, and 10-minutes rest. Athletes can do all three, or can cut it down to one or two times through. This will be a great opportunity to sharpen your fitness for race season and to practice your transitions! The workout will start promptly at 8am on April 28th, at Calumet Park, which is only 15 miles from downtown Chicago. The loop we will use has very little traffic and is 1.25 miles long, so you will always be around other teammates for that extra motivation! All participants must be members, have a helmet, and have signed a waiver prior to the event. Note that we will also be offering an optional flat-tire changing clinic after the session, at 10:30am.
