Boost your pre-season training with Grit Endurance Spring Training Camp, May 3-5, 2024. As one of the leading endurance training camps in Chicago, we’re hosting a transformative weekend of swim, bike, and run on the scenic yet challenging Ironman Wisconsin course in Madison. Ideal for athletes at any stage—from those seeking the best triathlon training strategies for beginners to seasoned competitors—this camp is your opportunity to improve your fitness and enjoy the community of endurance sports.

Discounted hotel room block for $125 per night will be available at the Country Inn & Suites in Middleton. We will send room block info to you once registered. Please note that you are responsible to book and pay for your own hotel room, and the cost is not included in the camp registration fee
Camp Registration Fee:

Friday evening
4-4:30: Check in to hotel
5:00 - 6:30: Flat tire clinic, bike skills, and duathlon relay race
7:30 – 8:30: Team dinner and activities
Saturday
7:00 – 7:30: Breakfast at hotel
8:00 – 9:00: Transition clinic and relay race
9:30 – 11:30: Run and strength/mobility session
11:30 – 12:30: Lunch
1:00 – 5:00: Group bike ride along the Ironman Wisconsin course (multiple distance options for all levels)
6:30 – 8:00: Team dinner
Sunday
7:00 – 7:30: Breakfast at hotel
8:00 - 9:30: Group bike ride
10:00 - 11:00: Pool swim workout and relay race
11:30 - 12:30: Track workout and relay race
12:30: Camp close
