Here is more info on Zac:

"With an extensive background in competitive sports, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of sports psychology. Having played Division 1 hockey and competed professionally, I faced the challenge of a career-ending back injury, which led to a transformative shift in my focus. Leveraging this personal journey, I earned an M.S. in Human and Sport Performance, channeling my passion for sports into helping people achieve peak performance and overcome mental hurdles.

Following my injury, I transitioned from heavy weight lifting to swimming, biking, and running - organically developing a high interest in endurance sports. I completed the Chicago Triathlon which led me to my current training; competing in my first Ironman this summer.

Today, I use my unique blend of firsthand athletic experience, advanced academic knowledge, and evidence-based tools and techniques to empower athletes at all levels, providing personalized strategies for mental resilience and performance enhancement."
