Join the Premier Endurance Training Camp in the Chicago Area

Boost your pre-season training with Grit Endurance Spring Training Camp, June 6 -8, 2025. As one of the leading endurance training camps in Chicago, we’re hosting a transformative weekend of swim, bike, and run on the scenic yet challenging Ironman Wisconsin course in Madison. Ideal for athletes at any stage—from beginners to seasoned competitors—this camp is your opportunity to improve your fitness and enjoy the community of endurance sports.

When: Friday, June 6th at 4PM through Sunday, June 8th at 12PM

Where:

  • Madison, Wisconsin

  • Discounted hotel room is available at the Hyatt Place in downtown Madison.  We will send a discount code to you once you’ve registered.  Please note that you are responsible to book and pay for your own hotel room, and the cost is not included in the camp registration fee.

Camp Registration Fee (non-refundable):

  • Register on or before October 31st: $300

  • Register on or before December 31st: $325

  • Register on or before February 29th: $350

  • Register on or after March 1st: $375

 What IS included in the camp registration fee?

  • Fun-filled weekend training and exploring the Ironman Wisconsin course

  • Coach led workouts and instructional clinics

  • Access to Grit Endurance coaches throughout the weekend

  • Team lunch on Saturday

Tentative Weekend Schedule (likely to change based on registrant feedback)

Friday evening

  • 4-4:30: Check in to hotel

  • 5:00 - 6:30: Easy long run

  • 7:30 – 8:30: Team dinner and activities

Saturday

  • 7:00 – 7:30: Breakfast at hotel

  • 8:00 – 9:00: Group Swim at the UW Bakke Rec Center

  • 9:15 – 10:15: Strength/mobility session at the UW Bakke Rec Center

  • 10:30 – 11:30: Lunch and ride prep

  • 11:30 – 5:00: Group bike ride along the Ironman Wisconsin course (multiple distance options for all levels)

  • 6:30 – 8:00: Team dinner

Sunday

  • 7:00 – 7:30: Breakfast at hotel

  • 8:00 - 8:30: Group stretching and mobility session

  • 8:30 - 9:00: Transition clinic

  • 9:00 - 11:00: Team relay triathlon race

  • 12:00: Camp close
