There is both a full training and virtual option, so you can choose what works best for you.

- The “Virtual” option will include a weekly online training plan, delivered to you via Training Peaks and provided by Grit Endurance  USAT Certified Coaches.

- The “Full” option includes the weekly online training plan as well as several weekly coached group sessions to keep you motivated and on track, as well as help you make some new friends!

- Both programs will ensure every training session you do has a specific purpose that will prepare you to achieve your goals.
