Grit Endurance Track Club

If you want to run faster, you have to train faster...and that's what Grit Endurance Track Club workouts are all about. Each week, Grit Endurance coaches will lead you through an effective interval workout designed to take your running to the next level and lay the foundation for a PR-setting season. Runners of all paces and experience levels are welcome!

When: Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m.

Saturday Group Endurance Runs

Tired of running by yourself in the winter but not training for anything specifically? Join Grit Endurance's Saturday long runs. The mileage will be anywhere between 5 and 10 miles. Athletes should be able to run 5 miles comfortably. E-mail if you have questions about weekly mileage. 

When: 8AM every Saturday morning through May 19th
