Saturday Group Endurance Runs
Tired of running by yourself in the winter but not training for anything specifically? Join Grit Endurance's Saturday long runs. The mileage will be anywhere between 5 and 10 miles. Athletes should be able to run 5 miles comfortably. E-mail Jim@livegrit.com if you have questions about weekly mileage.
