Indoor cycling classes are the best way to stay on your bike all year long. From speed and power to endurance classes, you'll be stronger and more confident when you hit the road. Classes designed for all experience level of athletes. Get ready to have some fun!

Speed and Power

What: It's all about you with this 60-minute high-intensity, high speed and high power class. You are the master of your speed, power, intensity and fun. Intervals will range from 15 seconds to 10 minutes. You'll get what you put into this class, so grab your towel and water and see how much fun it can be to sweat it out with Grit Endurance.

Endurance Ride

What: Build your endurance and increase your speed with this 90+-minute ride on a simulated course that allows you to develop your road riding skills, (climbing, shifting and speed). This isn't just any old indoor ride. Our coaches will keep you entertained and motivated so time flies by. You bring your ride, we'll bring the fun. This class series will be on an 8-week rotation so you can set goals and track your progress.
